The man I got this from told me his dad bought this
comic brand new off the news stand back in .
It looks nice for the grade with some pieces missing on the back.
Some wear to the front but the worst wear is on the back cover.
A few small chips on the front cover at the top.
The spine looks amazing and the staples are clean.

Case looks good but has a scratch / scuff marks on the right side edge in the area
were it says the most exciting super hero of all time . nbsp Does not look that bad.
