If you require an item by a specific date you need to contact me to arrange express shipping at your own expense before the item is paid for. Express is supposedly the only guaranteed way to get your item by a specific date.

Once the item leaves my possession, the responsibility is in the hands of delivery service, not mine. If there is a problem in shipment, the specific delivery service should be contacted to attempt to mitigate the situation.
