The comic for sale is the famed Gold UPC Spider Man . nbsp Supposedly this was only available at Wal Mart is the rarest of all the different Spider Man covers. nbsp I had this graded and it s pretty much Mint. nbsp I have yet to see any other Spider Man get a . by CGC. This is Authentic. I had this done at the Wizard Comic con a few years back. nbsp This is as rare and perfect as it gets. Thanks for looking
