. nbsp I have been a comic collector for over 0 years nbsp
and I believe and have been told I am a decent nbsp
grader. nbsp Each book I sell that nbsp has not been professionally nbsp
third party graded, nbsp will be graded by me. nbsp I have nbsp
over years of nbsp positive feedback from happy customers
on Ebay...Many are nbsp repeat buyers. nbsp I do offer returns on nbsp
books that nbsp I have graded, and will give a full refund if nbsp
returned nbsp within days of receipt see policy .
. nbsp As a general rule I do not accept returns on nbsp
third party graded books as it pretty much defeats nbsp
the purpose of third party grading. nbsp I encourage nbsp
questions and a thorough review of the large scan nbsp
that will be posted for all books including CGC and nbsp
PGX graded books.

agree to pay for the exact shipping. nbsp An estimate nbsp

Washington DC The Beltway Batman Collection , and a complete nbsp
Marvel Silver Age collection nbsp with some Silver and DC located in
Canton Ohio The Hall of Fame Collection . nbsp Both of these collections nbsp
are/were one owner collections and have produced some very nbsp
unique books/grades.
Ultimately, I will do my best to resolve any difference of opinion that
arises between a buyer and myself. nbsp However, I will not renegotiate
price on a comic after it has been bought...such renegotiation is unethical
and unwarranted with a reasonable return policy in place... Simply stated, I nbsp
will not renegotiate a price on a comic but will provide nbsp a full refund provided nbsp
the book is returned in the same condition that was nbsp sent. nbsp This will be nbsp
confirmed nbsp by high resolution scan. nbsp
