Product Quality Regarding CGC/CBCS graded comic books and magazines the case is in excellent condition without cracks unless otherwise noted. I do not encase these comics into their protective holders and cannot send you a replacement. DO NOT under any circumstances try to open the holder. If you do, be fully aware that your collectible loses it s authenticity of the stated grade once extracted from the holder and will need to be resubmitted to the applicable third-party grading company to gain a new official grade and a new holder.
Regarding raw comic books and magazines the grades if supplied are that given grade or better. Any ungraded raw comic books are sold as is. All raw comic books and magazines have covers that are attached and interiors that are complete with no missing pages or cutouts unless otherwise noted. Every raw comic will be bagged in a brand new Mylite and boarded before being packaged.
Any other items I sell will be described/photographed to show any and all defects if defects are present.

Please pay strict attention and study the pictures/scans as well as you can to ensure that the product is the product you desire. Shipping US and International I will only ship Flat Rate through the United States Postal Service USPS . Shipping Flat Rate means that you get it MUCH faster in a more secure manner and the package is automatically insured up to 00. If you d prefer an alternate Flat Rate shipping method ex. you want your item shipped in a Medium Flat Rate Box instead of a Flat Rate Envelope let me know before you pay so I can send you an invoice with the correct shipping cost.
Won items will most often be shipped on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday or Saturday unless a National Holiday falls on that given day.
Note: Overall, the speed of shipping is completely dependent on the USPS. Delivery estimates are created solely by the involved companies and can be inaccurate depending on the distance the package is traveling, the time of year, the weather, etc. Once it leaves my possession it is out of my hands. No pun intended.
Payment Payment is expected within hours of auctions end. After hours of not receiving payment I will send a message requesting payment to be made within the next hours. If a response or payment has not been received within this hours after the item listing has ended, I will cancel the transaction and sell it to the next eligible bidder or relist the item. If for some reason you cannot pay within this hour time limit PLEASE let me know ahead of time when I should expect payment for the item. Keep in mind, the faster you pay the faster you receive what you ve won.
Returns If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the item you receive you may return the item within business days. Once the item is returned and in my possession you will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item as well as all shipping costs.
I will not accept returns of any kind for CGC/CBCS graded comics. If the CGC/CBCS holder is damaged during transit, contact me and I will do my best to help given the situation.
