Hello and welcome, Hulk this book is flawless no spine ticks, no light creases, it has sharp corners and lays flat-history, most of my books came from Harley Yee or Tony Starks this one came from Harley long ago. I purchased it as a mint book and payed a huge premium and of course this was way before grading. Chose PGX because I knew the origin of book and both PGX AND CGC are good companies accept the price was the decider. Plus it was way easier to deal with PGX back then rather than CGC. Use both companies and came to the conclusion their grades come out about the same.
