Packaging
All items will be sent securely to prevent damage.

I do combine purchases where possible so if you have bought multiple items please wait for an invoice so that I can calculate the reduced costs.

Insurance
All parcels will automatically be covered for up to 0 value. If the items have a value of over 0 I would strongly recommend that you request for them to be covered up to their full value which can be added to the invoice at extra cost.

Paypal
I accept Paypal nbsp for all transactions and it is my preferred method of payment.
Cheques
All cheques must be in Pounds Sterling.
Postal/Money Orders
All money orders must be in Pounds Sterling, please ensure they are sent by a recorded and signed for method.
Cash on Collection
I am happy to accept payment on collection of goods with prior notice.

Refund Return Policy

Damaged/Lost items
If any item is lost or damaged in the post I will only offer a refund of 0 as it will be automatically covered for this value. If the items have a value of over 0 I nbsp would recommend that you request for them to be tracked and insured for their full value at extra cost.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your item for any reason I will accept returns if the item is returned with adequate packaging in the condition in which it was received. nbsp Upon receipt of the returned item nbsp a full refund will be given I nbsp can not however refund the return postage costs.
